NK Fencing is delighted to be working with Translink in the supplying and installation of security fencing. Translink have been a key customer over the years for NK Fencing due to the high quality products and services offered. NK Fencing has recently acquired a five month project to install security fencing close to Central Station in Belfast. This is no ordinary project; it was one which was fraught with complexities.......
This project at Central Station in Belfast had a number of complexities that had to be dealt with by NK Fencing to ensure a successful outcome. The main challenge was the fact that the fencing system needed to be installed parallel to a live railway line with trains passing by on a regular basis and which could pose a health and safety risk to NK engineers. NK Fencing worked in constant communication with Translink to come up with a solution to this complex issue by working out of hours to ensure that the project could be completed on time and ensuring our teams were fully trained in track safety. NK Fencing has been working on installing Ibex Vogue fencing and Vogue Panelling between the hours of 12am and 4am Monday to Friday. This is the main reason why Translink contacted NK Fencing to carryout this job, due to our experience and flexibility in dealing with high complex issues whilst maintain a high quality product and service.
